Efficient leveler / retarder for wool and wool/nylon blends.  Because of its high cloud point, this product is especially useful for repairing unlevel dyeings at high temperatures( 200 - 210° F(~96° C)).

Efficient leveling agent for use on polyamides and wool or their blends. Useful when dyeing with colors exhibiting variable affinity.

Orco Nylon Leveler B

Orco Nylon Leveler B is recommended as a leveling agent for hard-to-dye nylon fabric on jigs or beams. It promotes uniform dye strike rate and provides improved barre effects on nylon. Orco Nylon Leveler B is especially effective with neutral dyeing type acid dyes.

Orco Nylosol Leveler TWA

Orco Nylosol Leveler TWA is a specialty product designed primarily for the level dyeing of nylon piece goods with our Orco Nylosol dyestuffs. Its most distinguishing characteristic is that it promotes a uniform transfer of dyes at or near the boil resulting in extremely good levelness. In addition to leveling, Orco Nylosol Leveler TWA also produces a retarding effect on the dyestuffs(a slower rate of exhaust) which again is essential for uniform and level dyeings.

Orco Polylev B-400

Orco Polylev B 400 is a stable nonionic leveling agent designed primarily for promoting the level dyeing of polyester under pressure at 230-275° F(110-135° C). Its effectiveness is well demonstrated in the dyeing of pearl or taupe shades where transference of dye is essential for uniformity and levelness.

Orco Dye Assist S Powder

Orco Dye Assist S Powder is an effective dispersing agent for dispersed dyes, an excellent leveling agent for the dyeing of wool or nylon, and is also utilized as a detergent intensifier in scouring.

Orco Nylon Resist P

Orco Nylon Resist P is a special reserving agent functioning as a colorless dye which attaches itself to the available dye sites on the nylon. This allows dye exhaustion onto the lesser affinity sites of the wool in the dye blend. For this reason pre-circulation in the 3chemical bath prior to adding the dye is very important.

Orco Leveler TRY

Orco Leveler TRY is a mildly cationic agent that is recommended as a leveler for dyeing wool, nylon, and wool/nylon blends. It is compatible with all ionic systems and, in fact, is recommended for mixed systems such as in the dyeing of orlon and wool. In this case, Orco Leveler TRY not only promotes the exhaustion of both the anionic and cationic dyestuffs on which it has a good solubilizing effect. The uniformity or levelness of the shades produced with dyes of vastly different exhaust rates is made possible by the Orco Leveler TRY forming a mild complex with the anionic dyes. The dye complex thus has a much slower rate of exhaust and, at the same time, permits a greater transference of dye on and off the fiber which tends to produce a more uniform dyeing.

Orco Nylosol Leveler AA-50

Anionic type leveling agent for use in the dyeing of 100% nylon and blends with wool. This product promotes uniform controlled dye strike with good migration properties. When used as directed the product improves barre coverage and provides good dye bath exhaustion.
