Textile Dye Product Line

The table below lists our textile dye product lines for various fibers along with brief descriptions of each.   Clicking on a dye class will bring you to a listing of dye sub-classes or dye class lists.  From here you will be able to see dye descriptions and request samples. You can view and print the physical properties and/or Material Safety Data Sheets of these products via our free interactive DyeSelect™ CD-ROM program!

We also have three full-service laboratories available to our customers for computer shade-matching, textile processing procedure development, and technical problem-solving.  Our highly skilled laboratory professionals are also available for in-plant trial runs and problem solving.

Acid Dyes	Acid dyes are applicable for dyeing nylon, silk, and wool. Our acid dye product line consists of Orcoacid™, Orcoacid™ MF, Orcolan Fast™, Orco Nylosol™, Orco Milling™, Orcolan Neutral™, and Orcoset™ dye ranges to meet your shade and fastness requirements.
Basic Dyes	Our Orcozine™ line of Basic dyes are applicable to acrylic, Nomex™*, and cationic-dyeable polyester. *Nomex is a registered trademark of the E.I. DuPont Company.
Direct Dyes	Our Orcolitefast™ and Orcomine™ Direct dyes are applicable to cotton, rayon, and linen.
Orco Lanamide	Orco Lanamide™ dyes for nylon and wool offer high fastness, brightness and compatibility as a group. Orco Lanamide™ dyes are especially suited for the sport and swimwear trade as well as the new high tech "smart wool" composites.
Disperse Dyes	Our Orcocilacron™ Disperse dyes are applicable to polyester and Orcocil™ Disperse dyes are applicable to nylon and acetate.
Orcoset ™	Orcoset™ dyes are a unique dye range for use on wool and nylon consisting of modified 2:1 metal complex and reactive dye linking groups which offers good to excellent wash fastness in addition to a bright shade range.
Reactive Dyes	Reactive dyes are applicable to cotton and rayon. Some are also applicable to nylon and wool. Our reactive dye ranges include the Orco Reactive BF-Series™, Orco Reactive I-Series™, Orco Reactive MX-Series™, Orco Reactive R-Series™ and Orcosols™.
Sulfur Dyes	High Wash Fast dyes for cotton.
Vat Dyes™	OrcoVat™ dyes offer excellent fastness to washing, light, and bleaching.  Available in paste form, as well as in powder where noted.
