Orco Leveler AN-NF™ is an amphoteric type leveling agent for use in the dyeing of 100% nylon and blends with wool.  This product promotes uniform controlled dye strike with good migration properties.  Orco Leveler AN-NF™ also improves barre coverage and provides good dye bath exhaustion.

Procedures

• Amounts of Orco Leveler AN-NF™ will vary depending on type of acid dye used and pH of bath. In general, except in cases where extremely fast striking dyes are used or low bath pH is evident, 1.0-1.5% Orco Leveler AN-NF™ on weight of goods is recommended.
• Orco Leveler AN-NF™ should be pre-diluted at least two times its own weight with warm water and should be added with other chemicals prior to the addition of any dyes, allowing the goods to circulate at 100-110°F(38-43°C) for 10 minutes.
