Rogerio Galante Joins Organic Dyes and Pigments LLC as Product Manager – New Applications

Lincoln, RI. July 6, 2026 – Organic Dyes and Pigments LLC is pleased to announce that Rogerio Galante has joined Organic Dyes and Pigments LLC as  Product Manager – New Applications.

Rogerio comes to us most recently from DCL Corporation, in addition to previous assignments with Applied Minerals, Inc. and Lanxess Corp. His 20-plus year pigment and color experience includes direct and managerial sales roles, supply chain development and management, new product and business development with regional, national and international oversight. At Organic, Rogerio’s responsibilities will include a core business regional assignment in addition to his primary mission to identify and drive growth in the construction and coatings markets, wherever color and appropriate chemicals will create value for Organic and most importantly, our trade partners.

Rogerio has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie-Mellon, Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor’ of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Rogerio and his wife reside in the Pittsburgh, PA area with their two children.
