1. Prepare goods as necessary.
2. Set bath at 110°F(43°C) containing:
   • 1.0 % owg     Leveler
   • 1.0 % owg     Acetic Acid 56%
   • X % owg     lubricant if necessary

3. Circulate for 10 minutes.
4. Prepare Orcolan Neutral™ dye solution.
5. Raise dyebath temperature to 130-140°F(54-60°C) and add dye solution.
6. Circulate for 10 minutes.
7. Raise temperature to 205°F(96°C) at a rate of 3°F per minute.
8. Run goods for 30 minutes and turn off steam.
9. Slowly add Acetic Acid 56% to a pH of 4.5 .
10. Continue dyeing for 45-60 minutes.
11. Drop bath and overflow rinse at 150°F(66°C) for 20 minutes.
12. After-treat if necessary.
