Orco Synthrowite NWV 130% Conc™ is an optical brightener for use on nylon.  It has excellent results when applied by the exhaustion method.  Orco Synthrowite NWV 130% Conc™ is stable in baths containing hydrosulfite.

Procedures    

Exhaust Method without Sodium Hydrosulfite

• 0.5 – 2.0%                         Orco Synthrowite NWV 130% Conc™ on weight of goods(owg)
• 0.5% owg                          Orconol CHSA Conc
• Adjust pH to 5.0 with     Acetic Acid

Start at 80°F, raise temperature slowly to boil, hold one hour, cool back, rinse, and dry.

 

Exhaust Method with Sodium Hydrosulfite

• 0.5 – 2.0%                         Orco Synthrowite NWV 130% Conc™ owg
• 0.50% owg                         Orconol CHSA Conc™
• 2.0-4.0 grams/liter of      Sodium Hydrosulfite

Start at 80°F, raise temperature slowly to boil, hold one hour, cool back, rinse, and dry.

 

Storage

Protect from freezing or temperatures over 100°F(43°C)
