Acrylic is a versatile fiber which feels like wool but is dry cleanable and easy to care for. Its softness and light weight lends itself for use in fleece, circular knits, sweaters and socks. Acrylic is also used for upholstery, blankets, floor coverings, and outdoor furniture. Orcozine™ basic dyes provide a wide shade range and are easy to use for acrylic fabric or garments in exhaust dyeing. OrcoSperse™ pigment dispersions are specially formulated for padding and printing of acrylic.

Orcozine™ Basic Dyes for Acrylic
Orcozine™ dyes are modified cationic (basic) dyes for dyeing and printing acrylic, modacrylic, Nomex®, and cationic-dyeable polyester fibers. This range affords a good selection of dyes to meet the brightness and fastness requirements for a variety of end uses. The products marked with an asterisk are suitable for cationic-dyeable polyester offering minimal staining on nylon and/or spandex. Orcozine™ dyes are also used in some unique coating applications.
