ORCO Achieves Success at Digital Textile Printing Conference 3.0

October 7, 2018 – The ORCO Team was very active at the combined American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) and Specialty Graphics Imaging Association (SGIA) Digital Textile Printing Conference 3.0, held in Durham, North Carolina on December 5th and 6th 2018. This was primarily a technical conference featuring industry experts presenting topics essential to those involved in digitally-printed textiles. As presented by the organizers: SGIA and AATCC are committed to providing opportunities for digital textile printers at every level to advance alongside their technology.

The conference also featured a “Table Top/Poster” session where participants could present some of their products and technologies to the conference attendees. ORCO’s Anne McLean (Business Development Representative), Bill Huckaby (Business Development Representative) and Derek Williams (Technical Manager) were on hand to display and discuss our PeractoJet TM Digital Inks. The ORCO Team detailed the many benefits of PeractoJet TM Digital Inks including Low Temperature Fixation, Reduced or Eliminated Pre and Post Treatment, Multi-fabric Compatibility, and Excellent Lightfastness. Furthermore, ORCO will work with various jetting assemblies offered by major OEM brands used in this market. Finally, PeractoJet TM is registered on ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®.

We had a lot of visitors to our display and the technical information was well received. Digital Textile Printing is growing at a tremendous rate as customers are drawn to the customization and low waste benefits of digital technology. ORCO will remain at the forefront of this technology with further developments in inks and dyes suitable to the digital world.
